With more than 20 years of Recruiting and HR experience in Silicon Valley and beyond, I have seen how hiring has changed and evolved through cycles of economic growth, recession, and everything in-between.
I started Net-Working to re-imagine what a recruiting service could be. I have always believed that the better the relationship with the hiring manager, the better my ability to locate and engage the best possible candidates for the open position. Many who have worked with me will attest to the fact that while I spend a little more time on the frontend of the process, getting to really understand the requirements and company environment, it saves them many hours of time on the backend, reviewing countless resumes and interviewing inappropriate candidates.
